The USC Trojans have taken out Stanford in college football with a win on Saturday night. This might be due in part to Ed Orgeron. Orgeron was supposed to be a temporary coach while the team looked for someone else, but he may just stick around after the recent performance. Cody Kessler was in charge of the Trojan’s offense and he was able to get them down the field in a couple of minutes while Andre Heidari contributed with a nearly-fifty yard field goal with just a few seconds remaining on the clock. That gave USC the win 20 to 17.
Some of the other notable plays that happened during the game was an eleven year pass to Nelson Agholor, and that got them down to the Stanford 21 yard line. They then had a couple of bad plays before Heidari was able to make his play. This win gives the Trojans 8 and 3 but it also sends the standings into an uproar. The Trojans might be able to win the South Division now if they can walk the line for the rest of the season. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the season goes for college football.
